Simple, healthy baked chix

A simple baked chicken.
Only 2 main ingredient involve!

No sugar, no salt, no soya sauce or oyster sauce or whatever.

Ingredient:
-White wine
-Rosemary

Method:
-Marinate chicken with rosemary and white wine overnight.
-Baked at 200C for almost an hour.
(Remember to cover the chix with aluminium foil so the chicken will retain the moisture and not dry out. And covering the chicken will means the baking time is longer.)

Sprinkle some parsley over the chicken to garnish.
Not oily. Tender and juicy chicken. Not salty too!
This is why i called it healthy.

Most imptly, the kitchen is not oily which means i will not have too much cleaning to be done. :P
