Matcha sponge cake

I admit the colour isnt that appealing. It may look like a huat kueh instead. But it is a green tea sponge cake. I like the texture of the cake and the best thing is the taste isnt that sweet. (I reduced the amt of sugar in fact. :P)

Ingredient:
- 4 eggs
- 75g caster sugar
- 150g self raising flour
- 3 tbsp water
- 1.5tbsp matcha powder

Method:
- Beat eggs till fluffy (Work at high speed) and mix in the caster sugar.
- Fold in flour and water.
- Pour mixture evenly into a lightly greased cake pan.
- Bake in preheated 180C oven for 20minutes.
- Allow to cool.

This cake can be spread with cream and icing.
