I actually pong teng sch and went back home to do baking!
the first cookies i baked was the cornflakes ones. This time round i used rolled oats. It is actually the same recipe except that i used rolled oats instead of cornflakes. I feel that the recipe works better for rolled oats. Shall experiment new recipe for the cornflakes cookies. :P

Ingredient A:

- 1tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 90g caster sugar
- 1 cup rolled oats

Ingredient B:
- 125mL cooking oil
- 1tsp vanilla essence
- 1 beaten egg

Extra ingredient:
-Milk

Method:
- Mix ingredient A well.
- Add Ingredient B and stir till a dough is formed.
- If you find it too dry, add a couple tsp of milk.
- Spoon the mixture into small balls and place on cookie trays.
- Bake in a preheated oven of 180C for 25minutes.
- Allow to cool and store in air-tight container.

Enjoy with a cuppa coffee or tea~~!
