And baby been begging me for more.&lt;br /&gt;So i made these again. :)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;a onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}" href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_hI1uuPtOjhc/St1PfZHLbqI/AAAAAAAACxY/v3JQx32ic_g/s1600-h/1.jpg"&gt;&lt;img style="margin: 0px auto 10px; display: block; text-align: center; cursor: pointer; width: 320px; height: 240px;" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_hI1uuPtOjhc/St1PfZHLbqI/AAAAAAAACxY/v3JQx32ic_g/s320/1.jpg" alt="" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5394555329395256994" border="0" /&gt;&lt;/a&gt;Ingredient A:&lt;br /&gt;-230g flour (wholemeal flour works too. but will take a longer time to bake.)&lt;br /&gt;-4g yeast&lt;br /&gt;-35g sugar&lt;br /&gt;-1 egg&lt;br /&gt;-110mL milk&lt;br /&gt;-35g butter&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ingredient B (filling):&lt;br /&gt;-100g brown sugar&lt;br /&gt;-1 tbsp cinnamon powder&lt;br /&gt;-40g butter&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ingredient C:&lt;br /&gt;-1 egg&lt;br /&gt;-some milk&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ingredient D:&lt;br /&gt;- raisins&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Method:&lt;br /&gt;- Mix Ingredient A and knead into dough&lt;br /&gt;- Cover and allow to rise till the dough doubles&lt;br /&gt;- Mix Ingredient B and leave it aside.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Preparation of roll:&lt;br /&gt;- Roll dough and add fillings.&lt;br /&gt;- Sprinkle Ingredient D onto the roll and fillings.&lt;br /&gt;- Roll the dough. The first recipe which i tried was terrible. The pizza base was too hard to be eaten. Anyway, the ingredient list!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Making of the pizza base&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ingredient:&lt;br /&gt;- 340g plain flour&lt;br /&gt;- 2 tsp dry yeast&lt;br /&gt;- 1/2 tsp salt&lt;br /&gt;- 200mL lukewarm water&lt;br /&gt;- 2 tbsp olive oil&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Method:&lt;br /&gt;- Mix everything together and knead.&lt;br /&gt;- Cover with cling wrap and allow to rise for 1 - 1.5 hours.&lt;br /&gt;- Beat the dough to let the air out.&lt;br /&gt;- Knead on a well flour-ed area and roll the dough into circle shape&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Spreading the pizza:&lt;br /&gt;- Spread pizza sauce (I buy readily ones. )&lt;br /&gt;- Sprinkle some grated cheese&lt;br /&gt;- Add hams and pineapples&lt;br /&gt;- Sprinkle another layer of cheese&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Baking TIMe!&lt;br /&gt;- Bake for 20 minutes in 220C preheated oven&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;a onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}" href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/_hI1uuPtOjhc/SrSlX-xU7II/AAAAAAAACgM/KNLuKBdPM0A/s1600-h/Slide2.JPG"&gt;&lt;img style="margin: 0px auto 10px; He is proud to be one and enjoy eating anything origins from the dialect. The only funny thing is he doesnt speak. (MAHAHAHAHAHA!!!) He speaks more hokkien instead. All thanks to ME! Under my supervision and guidance, his style of speaking hokkien is so like my MOM!! ehehehhehe...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Alight!! Enough of the nonsense. Here come the ingredient list!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ingredient:&lt;br /&gt;-duck (We bought 1 whole duck but i only cooked half as there is only 2 of us.)&lt;br /&gt;- 1 cinnamon stick&lt;br /&gt;- 1 small piece of ginger&lt;br /&gt;- 2 garlic (not whole cloves. just 2! :))&lt;br /&gt;skin left on, lightly bruised&lt;br /&gt;- 3 cups water&lt;br /&gt;- 2 tbsp sugar&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Marinate:&lt;br /&gt;-2 tsp five spice powder&lt;br /&gt;- 1/2 tsp salt&lt;br /&gt;- 60mL dark soya sauce&lt;br /&gt;- 2 tbsp light soya sauce&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Method:&lt;br /&gt;- Wash duck and remove any loose fatty fat. (Impt to remove fat. if not the whole sauce will be very oily.)&lt;br /&gt;- Mix well the marinate and rub into the duck. (Not necessary will use all the marinate sauce. Save for later use.)&lt;br /&gt;- Leave for 2 hours with occasional turning and rubbing.&lt;br /&gt;- Heat up wok, put sugar and 2 tbsp of water and cook until it begins to caramelise.&lt;br /&gt;- Add in remaining water, garlic, cinnamon stick, and marinate sauce.&lt;br /&gt;- Put duck in the wok, together with ginger which supposed to be tuck inside the duck.&lt;br /&gt;(I used half a duck, so i just throw the ginger in.)&lt;br /&gt;- Cover and simmer until duck is tender. So, here it is. This is the 3rd or 4th time i'm making this. Previously didnt came our nice. But this time round is great seriously. Flour is less and every bite is the carrot. hahahaha. okok.. i'm greedy.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ingredient A:&lt;br /&gt;-112g rice flour&lt;br /&gt;-120g cold water&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ingredient B:&lt;br /&gt;-390g grated raddish&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ingredient C:&lt;br /&gt;- 1 tbsp sugar&lt;br /&gt;- 1 tbsp salt&lt;br /&gt;(Ingredient C must depend on individual's liking.)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ingredient D:&lt;br /&gt;-30g chinese sausage&lt;br /&gt;- lotsa lotsa mushroom!!! (cos i love mushroom)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Side ingredient:&lt;br /&gt;- minced garlic&lt;br /&gt;- vegetable oil&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Method:&lt;br /&gt;- Mix ingredient A and leave it aside.&lt;br /&gt;- Heat oil in a frying pan and fry garlic till fragrant.&lt;br /&gt;- Add ingredient D and fry.&lt;br /&gt;- When done, mix to ingredient A.&lt;br /&gt;- Add in Ingredient B and C. Mix WELL.&lt;br /&gt;- Grease a pan with vegetable oil.&lt;br /&gt;- Pour mixture into pan and steam for 1 hour.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I tot it isnt going to work out in the first place as the uncooked mixture looked so dry. I can make my own whenever i crave for it!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;a onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}" href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_hI1uuPtOjhc/SpeplrK4DgI/AAAAAAAACYQ/pDBoWH3zs7Y/s1600-h/Presentation4.jpg"&gt;&lt;img style="margin: 0px auto 10px; display: block; text-align: center; cursor: pointer; width: 320px; height: 240px;" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_hI1uuPtOjhc/SpeplrK4DgI/AAAAAAAACYQ/pDBoWH3zs7Y/s320/Presentation4.jpg" alt="" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5374951144998571522" border="0" /&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Pastry&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ingredient:&lt;br /&gt;- 125g plain flour&lt;br /&gt;- 70g butter&lt;br /&gt;- 1 egg&lt;br /&gt;- 1 pinch of salt&lt;br /&gt;- 1 tbsp cold water&lt;br /&gt;- 2 tbsp icing sugar&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Method:&lt;br /&gt;- Cream butter and sugar together.&lt;br /&gt;- Add in egg and the rest of the ingredient.&lt;br /&gt;- Mix till a dough is formed.&lt;br /&gt;- Allow to refrigerate for at least 40minutes.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Filling&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ingredient A:&lt;br /&gt;- 250mL water&lt;br /&gt;- 100g caster sugar&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ingredient B:&lt;br /&gt;-100mL evaporated milk&lt;br /&gt;- 1/4 tsp vanilla essence&lt;br /&gt;- 3 eggs&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;MEthod:&lt;br /&gt;- Place ingredient A in a saucepan and cook under heat.&lt;br /&gt;- Continuously stir the mixture till sugar is dissolved.&lt;br /&gt;- Add to ingredient B and mix well.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Preparation of the base:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;-Work the dough on an area dusted with flour as the dough is really soft. (But it is not sticky which is great to work with.)&lt;br /&gt;- Knead the dough with some flour till it is manageable and easier for you to work with.&lt;br /&gt;- Work the dough and get the shape of the tart base.&lt;br /&gt;- Fill the base with the filling&lt;br /&gt;- Bake at 200C preheated oven for 40minutes.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I really love this pastry. It may look like a huat kueh instead. But it is a green tea sponge cake. I like the texture of the cake and the best thing is the taste isnt that sweet. And covering the chicken will means the baking time is longer.)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Sprinkle some parsley over the chicken to garnish.&lt;br /&gt;Not oily. Tender and juicy chicken. So I came up with this! But i think i read this recipe somewhere which I cant remember.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ingredient:&lt;br /&gt;- Pork chop (Only cut the pork when it is cooked)&lt;br /&gt;- Italian dressing&lt;br /&gt;- soya sauce&lt;br /&gt;- dash of pepper&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I didnt include the amount of ingredient to be added. Pls bear with me cos i didnt do any measurement. But the key point is the Italian dressing. Just Add!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Method:&lt;br /&gt;- Marinate the pork with italian dressing, soya sauce and pepper overnight.&lt;br /&gt;- Drain the pork chop and set the sauce aside.&lt;br /&gt;- Heat up the frying pan.&lt;br /&gt;- Add oil and garlic. Fry till fragrant.&lt;br /&gt;- Fried the pork chop till cooked. That explains the shape of my chiffon cake.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ingredient A:&lt;br /&gt;- 3 egg yolks&lt;br /&gt;- 50g caster sugar&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ingredient B:&lt;br /&gt;- 3 eggs white&lt;br /&gt;- 50g caster sugar&lt;br /&gt;- 1/2 tsp cream of tartar&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ingredient C:&lt;br /&gt;- 100mL coconut milk&lt;br /&gt;- 1 tbsp cooking oil&lt;br /&gt;- 1/2 tsp pandan paste&lt;br /&gt;- 75g plain flour&lt;br /&gt;- 1/2 tbsp baking powder&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Method:&lt;br /&gt;- Whisk Ingredient A until creamy.&lt;br /&gt;- Mix in Ingredient C. But they definitely taste wonderful!&lt;br /&gt;I wasnt a fan of cinnamon but nv expect the muffin to taste great.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ever sick of eating bread for breakfast everyday?&lt;br /&gt;Perk ur day up with 2 muffins and a cuppa coffee or tea.&lt;br /&gt;(I don take caffeine so MILO for me! :&gt;)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ingredient A:&lt;br /&gt;- 320g plain flour&lt;br /&gt;- 200g caster sugar&lt;br /&gt;- 4 tsp baking powder&lt;br /&gt;- 2 tsp cinnamon&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ingredient B:&lt;br /&gt;- 4 tbsp vegetable oil&lt;br /&gt;- 50g unsalted butter&lt;br /&gt;- 2 eggs&lt;br /&gt;- 175mL milk&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ingredient C:&lt;br /&gt;- 2 peeled and finely diced apples.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Methods:&lt;br /&gt;-Beat Ingredient B until well combined.&lt;br /&gt;- Add Ingredient A a little at a time. Mix well.&lt;br /&gt;- Stir in Ingredient C.&lt;br /&gt;- Spoon the batter into muffin cups. (3/4 full will do the job. (Remember to leave some space between each ball, as they tend to expand when cooked.)&lt;br /&gt;- Bake in preheated oven of 180C for 20 minutes.&lt;br /&gt;- Allow to cool and store in an air-tight container.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The end result of the cornflakes cookies is quite chewy. Not sure is it due to the wholemeal flour used. Shall try with plain flour again and see how it goes.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The bf loves it! However, the bf been craving for cheesecake these few days. So I baked these mini cheesecake.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ingredient A:&lt;br /&gt;- 62.5g digestive biscuit crumbs&lt;br /&gt;- 2.5 tbsp butter&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ingredient B:&lt;br /&gt;- 225g ricotta cheese&lt;br /&gt;- 225g cream cheese&lt;br /&gt;- 1 tsp vanilla essence&lt;br /&gt;- 70g icing sugar&lt;br /&gt;- 1 egg&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ingredient C:&lt;br /&gt;- Strawberries / Blueberries&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Method:&lt;br /&gt;- Mix Ingredient A.&lt;br /&gt;- Spoon tablespoon of ingredient A into mini cake cases and press firmly.&lt;br /&gt;- Chill until it set.&lt;br /&gt;- Mix Ingredient B and beat till smooth.&lt;br /&gt;- Add the mixture to the set cases.&lt;br /&gt;- Bake for 25 minutes in a preheated oven at 160C.&lt;br /&gt;- Allow to cool and chill. (This is important. As when the cake is freshly out from the oven, the cake tend to collapse.)&lt;br /&gt;- Serve chill with berries.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Result:&lt;br /&gt;Not too cheesy. Taste is light. They are small in size and dun feel guilty eating them. :P and they are cute looking too!!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ingredients:&lt;br /&gt;- 112g butter&lt;br /&gt;- 70g caster sugar&lt;br /&gt;- 112g self-raising flour&lt;br /&gt;- 1/2 tsp baking powder&lt;br /&gt;- 2 eggs&lt;br /&gt;- 1 tsp vanilla essence&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Methods:&lt;br /&gt;- Beat butter and caster sugar until creamy.&lt;br /&gt;- Add eggs and beat.&lt;br /&gt;- Add in self-raising flour slowly and continue mixing.&lt;br /&gt;- Add in baking powder and vanilla essence.&lt;br /&gt;- Spoon mixture into baking cases. I prepared this last nite for this morning breakfast. It is easy to make and no machine nor mixer is needed. Work with just your hands!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;a onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}" href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_hI1uuPtOjhc/SlMoWmCsQCI/AAAAAAAACCU/WFHtnur-3Ec/s1600-h/Slide1.JPG"&gt;&lt;img style="margin: 0px auto 10px; display: block; text-align: center; cursor: pointer; width: 320px; height: 240px;" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_hI1uuPtOjhc/SlMoWmCsQCI/AAAAAAAACCU/WFHtnur-3Ec/s320/Slide1.JPG" alt="" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5355668750507720738" border="0" /&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Making of the Mien Fen Guo&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ingredient:&lt;br /&gt;- 75mL water&lt;br /&gt;- 1/2 tsp salt&lt;br /&gt;- 1 egg&lt;br /&gt;- 320g plain flour (sieved)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Method:&lt;br /&gt;- Add water and salt to eggs and beat gently.&lt;br /&gt;- Pour egg mixture into plain flour gradually. Mix and knead till a smooth dough is formed.&lt;br /&gt;- Cover dough with a wet cloth and leave at room temperature for 30 minutes.&lt;br /&gt;- Knead again and leave aside for another 2 hours and is ready to use.&lt;br /&gt;- Store in fridge. (To maintain freshness, use within 2 days.)&lt;br /&gt;- Tear dough into small pieces and stretch them until thin.&lt;br /&gt;- To cook, put pieces into boiling soup one at a time.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I prepared soup stock using ikan bilis. When preparing the mee hoon kueh, boil the small pieces of dough in the stock and serve with minced meat and vege. Oh! Don forget the egg and some fried onion, shallot. Fried ikan bilis will be a bonus.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Dry mee hoon kueh can be done too. Simply boil the dough and mix in some chilli paste, dark soya sauce and shallot oil. Trick is to melt at low power with stir frequently. It burnts really quickly.)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Methods (pastry):&lt;br /&gt;- Beat butter and icing powder in the mixer using medium speed.&lt;br /&gt;- Add Ingredient B gently and beat till creamy.&lt;br /&gt;- Mix Ingredient C using low speed to form dough. (Take care not to over mix.)&lt;br /&gt;- Chill dough in fridge for 30 minutes or longer.&lt;br /&gt;- Roll dough to approximately 3mm thick on a floured board / tabletop.&lt;br /&gt;- Cut pastry with round cutter and place into tart mould.&lt;br /&gt;- Bake in preheated oven at 180C for approximately 25 minutes.&lt;br /&gt;- Allow to cool.&lt;br /&gt;- Brush Ingredient D on the tart shell.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Custard Cream&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style=";font-family:times new roman;font-size:130%;"  &gt;Ingredient A:&lt;br /&gt;- 100g milk&lt;br /&gt;- 1 egg&lt;br /&gt;- 35g custard powder&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ingredient B:&lt;br /&gt;- 200g milk&lt;br /&gt;- 100g fresh cream&lt;br /&gt;- 60g sugar&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ingredient C:&lt;br /&gt;- 1/2 tsp vanilla essence&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Method:&lt;br /&gt;- Mix Ingredient A evenly.&lt;br /&gt;- Boil Ingredient B in a saucepan till sugar melt. (Boil from low heat and increase the heat as you go. Most imptly is to stir it constantly as sugar tends to crystallise and settle at the bottom and burnt easily.)&lt;br /&gt;- Add Ingredient A gradually and stir constantly till the mixture is cooked.&lt;br /&gt;- Allow to cool and add in Ingredient C. Where to find 60cents food nowadays?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I learnt this dish from &lt;a href="http://fenyingrecipe.blogspot.com/"&gt;FenYing's&lt;/a&gt; blog.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ingredient A:&lt;br /&gt;- 150g rice flour&lt;br /&gt;- 10g corn flour&lt;br /&gt;- 1/4 tsp salt&lt;br /&gt;- 200g water&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ingredient B:&lt;br /&gt;- 400g boiled hot water&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ingredient C:&lt;br /&gt;- 1.5 tbsp fried shallot oil&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Filling:&lt;br /&gt;- 1 shallot (minced)&lt;br /&gt;- 1 clove garlic (minced)&lt;br /&gt;- 150g chopped preserved raddish (washed and drained dry. Need to be wash if not will be too salty)&lt;br /&gt;- 2 cup water (as a gauge only. Need to add more as you go.)&lt;br /&gt;- 1.5 tbsp sugar&lt;br /&gt;- 1/4 tsp dark soya sauce&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Makes approximately 23 zui kuih.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Method:&lt;br /&gt;1. Mixed Ingredient A in a mixing bowl.&lt;br /&gt;2. Add Ingredient B and mixed quickly.&lt;br /&gt;3. Add Ingredient C and mixed will.&lt;br /&gt;4. Steam zui kuih mould till hot (abt 5 min).&lt;br /&gt;5. Pour flour mixture into mould and steam over high heat for approximately 15min.&lt;br /&gt;(As you pour, mix the mixture with a spoon to prevent the flour and water from separating.)&lt;br /&gt;6. When zui kuih is cooked, allow to cool to set.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Filling:&lt;br /&gt;1. Heat oil and fry shallot and garlic till fragrant.&lt;br /&gt;2. Add chopped raddish and fry.&lt;br /&gt;3. Add water, sugar, and dark soya sauce and fry.&lt;br /&gt;4. I nv understand it when i was studying or working. Used to waking up just in time to rush to sch and work and nv have a chance to make my own breakfast. However, the best thing abt singapore is u can have a wide variety of breakfast selection. Fishball noodle, fried carrot cake, fried bee hoon. it is so convenient to just pop by the coffeeshop and grab some food.&lt;br /&gt;Breakfast in aussie is bacon and muffin and egg and hashbrown.&lt;br /&gt;Preparing breakfast doesnt mean getting up real early. Just 15minutes, u get to eat a hearty breakfast to start ur day kicking.&lt;br /&gt;I understand almost everyone is rushing every morning getting to work or to sch.&lt;br /&gt;Here's what i usually do.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;- Wrap the ham in aluminium foil and pop into the toaster oven. Leave it there and i would go and freshen up, bathe and change. No worries. Most imptly, i am able to learn from many other food lovers and people having the same interest!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Sweet and sour pork. Also known as 咕嚕肉 is a common dish we get to eat in zi char stall in hawker centre. My papa's 咕嚕肉 is awesome! &lt;drooling&gt;    &gt;__&lt;  &lt;/drooling&gt;&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p class="MsoNormal"  style="font-family:georgia;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;Whenever we are far away from home, we miss home food. Whenever we are home, we miss outside food. How ironically humans are isn't it?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p class="MsoNormal"  style="font-family:georgia;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;We definitely aren't influenced by the recent Swine Flu and have sudden craving for sweet and sour pork. Making ur own sauce aren't that hard either. :)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p class="MsoNormal"  style="font-family:georgia;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;Ingredients:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p class="MsoNormal"  style="font-family:georgia;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;-pork tenderloin (Cut into bite sizes and those with abit of fats taste better.)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p class="MsoNormal"  style="font-family:georgia;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;-1 tomato&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;span style=";font-family:georgia;font-size:100%;"  &gt;-1/4 capsicum &lt;/span&gt;(green or red is up to u. I used green cos tomato is red already. A mixture of colour is always appealing.)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;-some cucumber (Cut into cubes)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;-1/4 onions&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;-Some garlic&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Marinate:&lt;br /&gt;-light soy sauce&lt;br /&gt;-pepper&lt;br /&gt;-cornflour&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Frying Batter:&lt;br /&gt;-1 egg&lt;br /&gt;-Plain flour&lt;br /&gt;-Oil&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Sauce:&lt;br /&gt;-2 tablespoons tomato ketchup&lt;br /&gt;-1/4 cup sugar&lt;br /&gt;-2 tablespoons light soy sauce&lt;br /&gt;-1/4 teaspoon salt&lt;br /&gt;-1/2 cup water&lt;br /&gt;-1/4 cup white vinegar&lt;br /&gt;-some corn starch dissolve in water for thickening&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Methods:&lt;br /&gt;- Cut the pork into pieces and marinate for at least 30 minutes. (I left it there for almost 2hours i think and went to do my stuff.)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;- Heat up a great amount of oil for deepfrying. At the same time, mix in the egg into the marinated pork and coat on plain flour.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;- Deep-fry till golden brown and drain the pork on paper towels.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;- Heat up the frying pan and stir in some garlic, follow by the onions, capsicums, tomato and cucumber.
